Scientific American is ruining my childhood.
All my childhood, I was told to drink 8 cups of water a day to be healthy. I like water, so to be super-spiffy, I drink about 16 a day. Now Sci-Am is telling me I don’t need to =[. It seems kind of obvious, but your body absorbs water from drinks and other foods quite readily. Well, at least this will save me some bathroom breaks!
